My second choice for publication would be the Journal of Technology and Teacher Education. The Journal of Technology and Teacher Education would be my second choice for submission because it deals with teacher inservice and is a forum for discussion. My CBR process could be used as a basis for a teacher inservice in giving teachers new insights into how to use various technologies and Web 2.0 tools in their classrooms.
